I doubt such a poster would have a lesbian couple on it, however, lol

That is a poster for the musical "RENT" modified by changing the R to an L.

The thing about the number of minutes is from a song in "Rent".

I guess that may have been confusing to non-Americans, or even just people not necessarily up on obscure pop culture things. Sort of an inside joke...
